Urban Portrayal exhibition Bristol 2011

Currently exhibiting at The Island, in Bristol, it is open until Aug 28th, It is a bit tricky to find, it is on Bridewell Street, in the old police station, there is an “A” Board outside. Included in this exhibition is the wonderful Jack Addis, only showing prints at this show, but he does sell his art in 19″ monitors framed, which is a great idea. Tracey page, does “ready mades” for this culture, her work is playful, quite unnerving, and an assault to all senses. I completely adore her work.. there are others in the show, including me! A big nod goes to George J Harding for his amazing piece called “Everything is Real apart from God and Death” a great exhibition in a tiny bit of Bristol.
